WebTubing on the Deerfield River is made possible by water release from the Fife Brook Dam located far upstream. While the release time varies, it is usually occurs between 10:30am and 12 noon. It takes an average of two hours for the water to travel from the Fife Brook Dam to the "put-in" location at the Zoar picnic area. WebIt is located on River Road. Large parking lot next to a sign that says Dunbar Brook Trailhead. There is a 1 mile walk to the cascades. For directions, click here. Zoar Picnic Area (Rowe). Run by the town of Rowe, this well maintained picnic area provides a scenic secluded segment of the Deerfield.
