WebI'm just assuming you're using MO; are you loading 360 after pcea2? If it's not that simple, you may want to remove any conflicting animation files from xp32_New_Anim_Pack. Since pcea2 allows you to load animations while in game, perhaps those files are retroactively overwriting 360 animations even though they weren't during the launch of the game.
