Arctic cat sell both the flush and DD fluid in the correct amounts, and that's what I use.Not really sure if the flush is actually needed if you change the fluid regularly, but there always seems to be some crap that runs out of the gearcase. Other than being time consuming it works well.
WebJan 28, 2009 · Any good quality full synthethic oil should do the trick, just don't get to heavy like a 90W-140 would be a bit much unless riding in 80* to 90* temps. On my chain sleds I run straight Lucas oil additive just thought it would be a little heavy for the Diamond Drive especially on a below zero day or with reverse.
